A new Asset Management initiative was being rolled out in Electric Operations. The business needed a streamlined and flexible training approach to provide introductory information on asset management, the company's asset management policy, strategy, plans and an employee's role in the intiative. The target audience consisted of  two groups of employees - Office Based and Field Based employees. 

I proposed one adapative eLearning course that tailored content for the learner by asking them which part of the organization they were in and providing relevant content based on their role. The course uses minimalistic, concise, and clean flat design visuals focusing on the "Need to Know" vs. "Nice to Know" with click to reveal interactions. Concepts were broken out into steps and multimedia/animated videos were used to convey and reinforce concepts. This training solution is also responsive to all devices.
