The Challenge

An 8-hour long, instructor-led learning experience needed to be transformed into on-demand content that was easier to consume, faster to scale, and more engaging for self-paced learners. The original format relied heavily on live facilitation and discussion, making it difficult to translate into a digital experience while preserving practical application and human connection.

The Solution

The content was redesigned into short, focused microlearning segments, each under five minutes, using an AI-enhnaced development approach. Storytelling, mentor guidance, and interactive practice were brought to life through avatar-led video, AI-generated voice, and custom visuals. Interactive elements were intentionally light touch - such as polls, hotspots, reflections, and branching scenarios - to reinforce application while keeping development efficient. Each segment concludes with printable notes or takeaway section to support real-world use. 

The Result

The final experience delivers clear, actionable learning in a flexible, scalable format. Learners engage with realistic scenarios, practice decision‑making, and leave each microlearning with a tangible takeaway they can apply immediately. The use of AI tools accelerated production while maintaining a human, coach‑led feel, resulting in microlearning that is engaging, repeatable, and well suited for modern learning environments.
