The current training was delivered as a 4 hour vILT with the director of the Business Consulting Group. These sessions were delivered individually to each client, and during the session, participants walked through filling out charts and forms to create a change management plan for their system implementation that would be sent to them at the end of the session. Planning and preparation of the training sessions were time consuming and the delivery of these session became hard to scale. 

Converted the vILT session into an online course with the same concept of having an avatar coach guiding you through the process with video vignettes to bring the content into context.

This highly interactive course has an avatar that explains key concepts, prompting learners to answer a series of brainstorming questions which then helps them fill out charts and forms that summarize their data and creates their printable Change Managment Plan.
