eLearning Course Template
The Challenge
Clients needed quick, accessible ways to learn product functionality at the moment of need. However, the existing learning library—comprised of more than 155 courses across eight curricula—relied on linear navigation and static screenshots, limiting accessibility and interactivity.
As a result, clients struggled to quickly find task-specific information within the system. The time required to locate relevant content led to frustration, low engagement, and declining course usage.
The Solution
The team gathered direct client feedback to better understand learning pain points and identify design opportunities to address them. Based on these insights, we developed a learner-driven microlearning strategy that enabled clients to quickly access targeted, bite-sized content when they needed it most.
The redesigned approach emphasized short, focused modules and leveraged video to deliver more dynamic and engaging instruction.
To support scalability and consistency, I created a standardized eLearning template and development process aligned to the new learning design. This was critical given the product’s quarterly release cycle, ensuring courses could be efficiently updated to reflect ongoing enhancements.
The Result
The solution delivered accessible, bite-sized learning modules that enabled clients to quickly find and consume multi-modal content across the company’s entire product suite. Learning paths were optimized to require three clicks or fewer to search for and access specific topics—significantly improving usability, discoverability, and overall learner experience.
