Clients needed quick and accessible information to learn product functionality. The current library of over 155+ courses in 8 different curricula used linear navigation with static screenshots resulting in limited accessibility and interactivity. It took too long for clients to find the information they needed on performing certain tasks in the system leading to frustration and low course usage.

The team gathered feedback about problems that clients were facing in learning the product and what it takes from a design perspective to solve them. We came up with a micro-learning strategy that is learner driven alowing clients to quickly access information they need in bite-sized pieces and using videos for more dynamic instruction.

I created a standardized eLearning template and development process that could be used to achieve the new learning design that was scalable and maintainable. This was important as there were 4 product releases a year and courses needed to be updated regularily with product enhancements.

Accessible bite-sized learning modules that allows clients to quickly access multi-modal learning for the company's entire product suite - learning path that required 3 clicks or less to search for and access a specific topic.
